- Does the Psalmist (Psalms 108:2-4) seem satisfied with his relationship to God?
- And, how does the Psalmist describe (his notion of) Divinity?
- Would Psalms 108:7 indicate that the Psalmist has some difficulty?
- But, if so, do not Psalms 108:8-10 indicate that indeed, Israel would be God’s select?
- Psalms 108:12 would seem to indicate that the “expectation/promise” has not materialized. What, indeed, do the concluding verses request?
- Would this Psalm, then, be one of triumph or one of importuning?
