Lilly was invested as a Hazzan (1998) and ordained a Rabbi (2001) at JTS, and served two congregations. She worked in Development at JTS, and is retraining as a hospital chaplain. Her volunteer work includes the Ethics Committee of the CA, the Va’ad Hakavod of the RA, and the Editorial Advisory Committee of Siddur Lev Shalem, which includes 3 of her poems in the Yizkor section.
