Abby Fisher is a writer, educator, and student in Hebrew College’s Rabbinic Ordination and Masters in Jewish Education program. They graduated Summa Cum Laude from Wesleyan University and received the English Department Prize for Excellence in Literature. Abby is passionate about bringing queer & trans Jewish stories to life onstage, in the classroom, and on the page. Their work has appeared in The Huffington Post, The Forward, The Jewish Women’s Archive, Lilith Magazine, and the Girls Write Now 2017 & 2018 anthologies. In 2024, their original play Leave if No Response sold out a limited run at The Tank Theater in Manhattan.
